Admission Requirement – Entrepreneurial Studies

B.Sc. (Hons) Degree in Entrepreneurial Studies

Five O/level Credit passes in not more than two sittings to include: English Language, Mathematics, Economics and any other two subjects from:

(i) Government/History (ii) Commerce (iii) Principles of Account (iv) Christian Religious Knowledge (v) Geography

UTME Subject

(1) In addition to UTME requirements, GCE A/L passes or its equivalent in Economics and at least one of the following: (i) Business Mgt. (ii) Accounting (iii) Mathematics (iv) Government (v) Geography

Direct Entry

(2) OND with minimum of Upper Credit in Business Administration, Marketing, Agribusiness & Mgt., Accounting or related discipline English, Mathematics, Economics and any other subject from Government, Principles of Account, Christian Religious Knowledge, Geography

Duration of study

Our academic program runs for four (4) years. The first year, student take the general university wide courses. From year two, students are taught courses on entrepreneurship and are involved in a practical classes where they gain expertise and the required knowledge and training in entrepreneurship. In addition, in fourth year students carry out individual research projects under the supervision of a member of the Department/faculty. The Research reports are presented for external examination.
